Windshield Replacement:
 
We warrant the installation of your windshield or any window for as long as you own the vehicle. This means that your new windshield or other window will be properly installed and sealed by an experienced technician. It will not leak unless it is broken or the car rusts around it, in which case there is no coverage under the warranty. Should you ever have a problem with leakage of your windshield or rear window, or are dissatisfied for any reason, just contact any Omaha Glass Pro and we will be happy to schedule an appointment to determine if the work is covered by warranty.
 
If our original work needs adjustment, we will do it at no cost to you. At Omaha Glass Pro, we think we are the best in the business, and we are ready to stand behind our work and to stand behind you, our customer.
 
This warranty covers only the replacement mentioned above, and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and/or do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above statements in this paragraph may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific, legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
 
Rock Chip Repair:
 
The windshield repair process is designed to prevent the spread of damage from the initial point of impact. Omaha Glass Pro  guarantees the visual appearance of every windshield repair and is committed to your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result of the repair process, Omaha Glass Pro will credit the cost of the windshield repair toward a windshield replacement for as long as you own the car.
 
The credit will be issued to the party that was responsible for the initial payment. In the event your deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will be required to pay any applicable deductible for a windshield replacement less what your insurance company paid us for the repair.
 
Remote Car Starters:
 
Omaha Glass Pro offers a full lifetime warranty on any remote start purchased and installed by Omaha Glass Pro PERIOD! Any remote start installed by one of our professional installers will not void any car warranty and we stand behind that 100%. Bottom line if its our fault we pay to fix it.
 
Window Tint:

Drying period

Your tint will take about 2 to 3 weeks to fully dry and cure. Your tinted windows may appear hazy or lumpy, and it may seem to have water bubbles. Please do not roll your windows down for 3 to 5 dyas or try to push the water out until dry! The rear windshield will be the most noticeable, just let it dry and cure

Cleaning:

Do not use anything that contains ammonia. Do not use any chemicals, scrapers, scrubber pads to clean window tint. We recommend anything that is SAFE FOR TINTED WINDOWS cleaning spray, soapy water and soft paper towels are the best option.

Imperfections

Due to the nature of the product, some degree of dust contamination and or minor imperfections are present in every window film application. Pre-existing flaws or scratches and metal deposits on the glass are often more noticeable after the windows are tinted. Although we strive for the best result possible, contaminants do end up on the film. This is unavoidable and very common.

DOT Matrix

Most cars have a black ceramic edge on the top of the window. Sometimes this edge is straight and flat, sometimes it will have a dotted edge. These areas are thick and prevent the window film from sticking to the area between the dots. The results in a blurry looking strip on the glass

In the unlikely event that any window film you have purchased should experience adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, crazing, delamination, demetallization, peeling, or any other failure due to manufacturer’s defect, Omaha Glass Pro will provide replacement film and reasonable labor charges provided that reimbursement does not exceed the amount of the original invoice. For purposes of this warranty, the original invoice amount includes the price of the original film, and installation labor paid at the time of the original installation.(402) 238-1348
